Quote of the Day

"You have to do a thousand things one percent better, not just do one thing a thousand percent better. It's doing the little things well, being on time for meetings, returning phone calls, saying thank you to people. It sounds like a cliché, but that is the reason one organization or one person is successful over someone else. Everyone knows what they ought to be doing, but the ones who practice daily excellence are the real difference makers."

~ Buck Rodgers

Wheat & feed barley contracts are available.  Click here for more information.

Bookcliff Fur Company will be at the Monte Vista Coop in January.  Call (719)849-1171 for more information.

The GRAIN DEPARTMENT is accepting any and all barley and wheat at competitive prices.  We have plenty of bin space to accommodate you. You can sell it across the scale or put it into open storage until you are ready to sell it. There will be a storage charge for this. There is a lot of corn out there and that makes the barley price lower than you like it. We want to give you the best price possible. We have a very fast unloading system so you are able to be in and out within 30 minutes, unless there is a line.  You can be paid right away or defer to the next year. Our hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, all year and 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday, except through the winter months, November through March. Come in and visit with Mike Boothe at the Main Store or call him at 852-5181. You can also visit Cindy, at the grain elevator on road 3 north at the grain elevator or call her at 852-4046. We look forward to hearing from you. Visit with our fertilizer field men, Tony Serak-580-3494, David Gylling-588-0073, and Lars Worker-580-6206.
