Military Holiday Gift Drive
October 13 – December 31, 2025
All donations received before November 8 will be sent to military members overseas, all donations received after November 8 will be given to local military members and veterans. Please click on the link above for donation suggestion list. All donations can be dropped off at the Monte Vista Coop main office in Monte Vista. All monetary donations can be mailed (P.O. Box 111 Monte Vista, CO 81144 ATTN: Stephanie Schaefer) or dropped off to the Monte Vista Coop. Please make checks payable to PMP&S (Proud Military Parents & Supporters).

The Monte Vista Cooperative Dedication to Education Foundation
The Monte Vista Coop Dedication to Education Foundation was instituted to establish scholarships to assist students with financial support to the college of their choice. The scholarships are in honor of our Co-Op’s founding members and in remembrance of Dennis Kay and Mike Kelley; former employees who whole-heartedly believed in our young people. Download an application by clicking at the top of the page under applications or pick up an application at the MVC Main Office in Monte Vista. Application deadline is January 31, 2026. Kay Memorial Scholarship.
Ellaree is a 2025 graduate of
Sargent High School. She will be
attending Kansas State
University to study Animal
Science.
Ada Pence
Mike Kelley Memorial Scholarship Recipient
Ada Pence, daughter of Dave
and Mikaila Pence, is the
recipient of the Mike Kelley
Memorial Scholarship. Ada is a
2025 graduate of Centauri High
School. This fall, she will be
attending the University of
Wyoming, where she plans to
pursue a degree in Pre-Law.
